Just thought I’d do up a quick post to say that I’m off to Future of Web Design in New York next week. I’m pretty excited about it, Carsonified has setup a great lineup of speakers for the event. They have setup an interesting format for the day, offering one stream of speakers instead of splitting it up into multiple streams. This makes for a long day (it goes from 9:00am to 6:30pm), but its good because you get to hear all the talks and get as much as you can out of the day. To top it all off, MediaTemple is hosting the after party and I hear they don’t mess around when it comes to throwing parties.

I mentioned the great lineup of speakers, but I should also mention that Ottawa’s own Jonathan Snook is speaking at the event too. On top of that, we have Bryan Veloso of Revyver, Ryan Singer of 37signals, Jeffrey Zeldman of Happy Cog and lots more. Its going to be a great time, I’m just sad that I was too late to get the workshop pass too.
