76design is looking for an Art Director to lead our crack team of interactive designers in the development of a wide range of creative communications programs and products.

We’re looking for Big Ideas: we expect our new Art Director to possess extreme design intelligence that will unlock new design possibilities and help our designers to be the best they can be.

We’re looking for Big Skills: our new Art Director will have expert design skills across multiple platforms and a deep knowledge of interactive design software, including Flash. We’re also looking for someone with a slight obsession with social media tools and an ahead-of-the-curve approach to their design and application.

We’re looking for Big Shoulders: we need an Art Director who knows how to lead by example, someone we can lean on and learn from. Mature, tough, fair. Someone who knows design but also knows people.
