Calling All New Age Developers…

We’ve stepped up our search this week for a web developer and web technology specialist. I know, it’s kind of an awkward sounding title but it’s the best we could come up to (literally) describe what we were looking for. In an effort to be more proactive, I took on the unenviable task of searching the web for potential candidates (living in or close to Ottawa - just to make it a little more challenging).
In my travels I came across a surprisingly large number of great sites, including Craig Fitzpatrick’s Uncommon Sense (for Software). Thanks to Craig, I now know that we are looking for a new age developer and I’ve got some ideas on how we might spot one. Hopefully this extra intelligence will help us in our quest!
